Stovetop Instructions Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly stir in Scottish Oatmeal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

  • 2 Servings • ½ Cup • 1½ Cups • 1/8 tsp
  • 3 Servings • ¾ Cup • 2¼ Cups • ¼ tsp
  • 4 Servings • 1 Cup • 3 Cups • ¼ tsp

Microwave Instructions Combine ¼ cup Scottish Oatmeal, ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Tastes very good, but wondering what the husk/shells are from.

Great taste and texture, but concerned about the pieces of shell or husk that I’m finding in the cereal.

The Real Oatmeal Breakfast

better texture and taste than rolled oats of any kind. The stone ground oats have a true nutty flavor, are easy to cook up in the microwave quickly and are good for you
