INGREDIENTS: Whole Grain Oats, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Brown Rice Crisps (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Honey), Dried Apples, Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds.

CONTAINS: Tree Nuts (Coconut, Almond)

HAVE IT HOT

Stovetop: For hot cereal, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add ½ cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 delicious servings.

MAKE IT COLD

For cold cereal, add ¼ cup muesli to ½ cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Makes 1 terrific serving.

TRY IT SWISS STYLE

To make 1 serving of Swiss-style cereal, combine ¼ cup meusli, ½ cup yogurt and 1 cored and grated apple (including the peel). Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Try it different ways

I first tried this as a hot breakfast and I wasn't impressed. After some time passed, I thought I would try it like 'overnight oats.' I added 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt to 1/3 cup of muesli. Covered it with milk and let it set overnight. That's how I like it!This is a great quality brand. Just need to try it different ways to fit how you like it.

I love Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Mueseli which is why I bought 7 packages of it from Swanson's. Swanson's has the best price on it. So it was a great deal for me.
