Suggested Use:
PANCAKES: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1 Egg, 1 Tbsp. Oil, ¾ cup Cold Milk, Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour ¼-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes about 8 pancakes., WAFFLES:, 1 cup Bob's Red Mill® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, 2 Tbsp Oil, 1 Egg, 1 cup Water, Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles.
