BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.

Microwave Combine ¼ cup cereal, ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.

~Makes 1 serving.

Slow Cooker Combine 3 cups water, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup cereal in a slow cooker. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2 ½ hours. Stir well and serve.

~ Makes 4 servings.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
