DIRECTIONS: Adults, mix one (1) scoop (23.3 g) (0.82 oz.) with 3/4 cup (6 fl. oz.) (178 mL) of cold water or your favorite beverage to supplement your diet with protein. Stir briskly until dissolved.

FABULOUS but now too expensive
Love everything about this product. It was in our Subscribe & Save option for 4 or 5 years. Easy to add this to any liquid, smoothie, blend in pudding, yogurt, or other “cold” desert. I understand the “why’s”, but the product went up without warning from $34 to $49 in 2022, so we discontinued purchasing it from Amazon.Great product!
I’ve been using this for years and really like it. No sweeteners, no obvious flavor to overpower whatever I’m making. All the amino acids included.Used for Years
Through trial and error, discovered I can only use Natural flavor whey protein powder. I have used this particular brand Natural flavor whey protein powder for years - mainly in smoothies.
