Suggested Use: As a nutritional supplement, mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) with juice or water one or more times a day. As a mouthwash, mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) with 4 fl oz (125 ml) of water. Repeat if desired and rinse mouth with clean water.
