This vitamin and mineral supplement features 2 mg of the powerful antioxidant lutein - that's 8 times more than the leading multivitamins. Lutein is a beneficial antioxidant found mainly in leafy green vegetables. Studies have shown that lutein, part of the pigment in the eye, may protect the eye by acting as a filter of light. Ocuvite also contains vitamin antioxidants A, C and E, as well as the minerals zinc, selenium and copper.
