Directions: Ages 14 and up, one (1) packet daily. Empty contents into a glass, add 4-6 oz of water, stir. For lighter flavor, mix with more water. Do not exceed suggested use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.

Very refreshing
I would definitely recommend this product. It is easy to mix and I love the rich tangerine taste. Get your vitamin C with out having to swallow nasty pills.Mixes easily in water. Gives good amount of Vit C and electrolites
I take this Monday thru Friday when I go to the gym. It replaces what I expend during my workout. First heard of it when the Stalone movies came out and how he used it when doing such treacherous things. This was verified and I feel great knowing I'm drinking this! The powder mixes quite easily in water.👍 Good
They are fine. I would like to have the coconut one and the strawberry kiwi.
