Directions: Use only as directed. Take 5 VegCaps with 8 ounces of water or juice. It is important to drink additional liquid throughout the day, preferably 6 to 8 glasses of water. Take at least one half hour before or 2 hours after a meal. For optimum results, use daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
