Sumpin' WRONG here
The 'Supplement Facts' in the online Swanson listing says the product contains 400 mcg of chromium per two tablets. The bottle label shown reads '200 mcg' [per tablet], although it is not specific about 200 mcg of what (label implies it is 200 mcg of 'Glucose Tolerant Factor', whatever that is).The back of the actual bottle of tablets I have in my hand says that a serving of two tablets contains EIGHT mcg of elemental chromium, not 400.It also says that another ingredient is calcium carbonate, something which should not be taken with chromium because it impedes absorption. This is the first major goof by Swanson that I've come across.Really Inexpensive
My docs recommend this nutrient. It is tiny, easy to take and very inexpensive!Great product
Swansons always has the best product and prices. Small pill easy to swallow.
