Firm texture; rich, nutty flavor
Traditional grain of Egypt
Kamut is an ancient variety of wheat that was only recently rediscovered by modern-day farmers. The firm texture and rich, nutty flavor make this heirloom grain a great addition to pilafs, soups, stews and salads. Bob's Red Mill Kamut is a nutritious source of protein, iron and fiber and is very versatile in the kitchen.
