Phenomenal gift to health
I've recently discovered the power of pomegranate! I have a few pomegranates on my trees, and I tried to make capsules of dried peel. But I was dubious about giving them to a friend. So I bought Swanson for her. I have good results with my home grown capsules. I decided to how well the Swanson compares. I was advised to take 2 capsules. Now I am talking 1 home made, and 1 Swanson prior to bed time. My sleep is very much improved.But that is just the beginning!Bought this for my husband
