I haven't had Black Currant pills that long to see results yet but I'm sure it's good to incorporate in your lifestyle because it has a lot of great benefits, also Swanson sale quality products. I been a loyal customer since 2014, also referred a lot of people to Swanson. So if you don't have Black Currant already I would say it's a must have product for a very reasonable price .Great Product
