Most of the capsules were empty no powder inside which was very weird i saved one this never happens:(Great for stress.

I agree, with another reviewer, that this does take a while to get into your system, but it DOES work. Sometimes, I take two. Usually, I just one as I do find two does make me a bit more energetic and it tends to disturb my rest. It hasn't been a full month yet, but I am already feeling the energy. I usually take Korean ginseng, but so far I prefer the eleuthero root as I feel the energy more. Great stuff!
