Our Liquid Coconut Oil undergoes a proprietary process that increases the concentration of capric acid while retaining the naturally occurring lauric acid. The result is an oil with a mild coconut flavor that retains its liquid consistency at cooler temperatures, making it ideal for salad dressings, popcorn and other applications where a liquid form works best.
