Each one- teaspoon serving supplies 1,800 IU of vitamin A, 320-500 mg of EPA, 460-640 mg of DHA and 100-200 mg of additional omega-3 fatty acids.

The lemon flavor added to the cod liver oil makes it unique and very easy to take. I certainly would recommend this as a dietary supplement.
