FAQ
Q: There are flax lignans stuck in the bottom of my bottle of liquid flaxseed. How do I deal with this?
A: Try stirring around the contents at the bottom of the bottle to dislodge the lignans, followed by vigorous shaking. Product will need to be shaken before each use since lignans (insoluble fiber compounds) will settle again if left undisturbed.
