It is a very good source of the three important B vitamins. They are so easy to take and very effective. I recommend them to those looking for a quality B vitamin.B-12 supplements
I recently switched from using the cyanocobalamin form of B-12 after reading an article claiming that it contained cyanide. The B-12 sublingual lozenges (tiny pink drops) that I now use have the methylcobalamin form of B-12 (5,000 mcg) and I find they give me an almost immediate boost in energy and alertness. They are from Superior Source (through Swanson's.) I'm 'pushing' them on all my family and they agree.
