RECOMMENDED SERVING (ADULTS): Take once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before or after a meal), following the serving chart below for number of capsules according to body weight.

Directions: Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medication four hours before or after taking JF14.

JF14 is not a significant source of Iron, and is not sufficient to treat iron deficiency.

CAUTION: Pregnant or nursing women and persons with known medical conditions should consult with their physician before using. Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place.
