Icky feeling and didn’t help
These did not work for me. Didn’t feel well on them either. They may work for others but it was wasted money for me.helps take the "edge" off
As a lifelong sugar/carb addict, I've tried every supplement out there (fellow sufferers, you know which ones I'm talking about). Even after drastically cutting dietary carbs, the cravings were still there. This is the first supplement that has helped me. I take one with lunch and one with dinner (I'm also taking extra gymnema and berberine, too) and I find I am much better able to resist the sweet stuff. It's no magic bullet (nothing is), but I figure if it helps me pass up dessert and say 'Eeew' another 10,000 times, maybe my brain will finally get the message!
