I was tired of taking 8 large 500 mg capsules per day to get 4,000 mg, split between morning and night. So I tried this product. To me, it has a slightly 'milky' taste. But I have been stirring a teaspoon (2,200 mg) into 4 oz of juice, letting it sit for 15-30 minutes to completely dissolve, and then chugging it down while holding my breath. Twice a day. It mostly tastes like juice, and is very easy to do!
