Suggested Use: Adults and children age 12 years and older: Take 2-3 capsules with a full glass of water (8 ounces) at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 2-3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take longer than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use.
