This is actually a very helpful product, BUT for some reason Nature's Way has chosen to use larger capsules for some of their products, which requires a larger bottle and also more filler, since the amount of the active ingredient remains the same. For that reason, I prefer Solaray, which unfortunately is not carried here.Good Stuff
I started astragalus root after watching a segment on Dr Oz where a guest 'expert' recommended it as a sleep aid. Not sure how much it helps with sleep (I still have issues sometimes) but I noticed a change in my overall feeling of well-being and for this reason I continue to use it. Swanson has a much better price than my local grocery store so I've rated it an excellent value.
