Suggested Use: Shake well. Due to the concentrated nature of this product, we recommend spreading the serving size of 25 drops throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Using the dropper mix 25 drops in water, juice or your favorite smoothie once per day, or spread out, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
