MRM Nutrition offers help with digesting both gluten and dairy with Gluten Aid! Gluten Aid is an enzyme blend developed to assist the digestion of grains (rye, wheat, barley, etc) and foods containing dairy. Sensitivities to these foods can be attributed to the incomplete digestion of certain peptides found in gluten and dairy protein. Gluten Aid features 550 units of BioCore DPP IV® (dipeptidyl peptidase IV) which includes protease at 550 DPP IV. The enzyme activity of DPP IV helps break down peptides. Carbohydrate digesting enzymes are included to facilitate the breakdown of the starches and fibers that surround the gluten protein.
