Quality product for pre or post workouts
I enjoyed this product, it helped with endurance, muscle, strength, stamina, focus, and energy. The watermelon flavor was not good I hope there is other flavors.Great product

I workout at 5:30 a.m. and needless to say I need a little go go juice at that hour. I'm not a coffee drinker and feel like most of the energy drinks aren't really that good for you. If you look at the ingredients you will find that it is mostly a bunch of B vitamins. It is just the right boost. I'm not grinding my teeth 2 hours later or crashing.
