I really like this product. I'm 72yrs old and fairly active. I started out with 2 in the am and now only take one in the am, based on reviews. I feel like this smooths out my energy, throughout the day, with less tiredness. I seem to have more pep throughout the day as well. I plan to keep taking them. If you know the human body, then you understand the importance of the KREB cycle and value of optimizing that mitochondrial output.
