Suggested Use: For Clinical Dosage: Take 4 tablets of PA7 30 min to 1 hour prior to daily workout or training session., For Light to Moderate Training: Take 2 tablets of PA7 30 min to 1 hour prior to daily workout or training session., PA7 should only be used on weight training or workout days. It is not necessary to take PA7 on OFF days.
