Suggested Use:Acute: Take one Allertonic softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf tablet every two to three hours with water until comfort is achieved or as directed by your healthcare professional. Noticeable comfort is attained within the first or second day. Then switch to Ongoing use. Ongoing: Once comfort is attained, take one Allertonic softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf tablet three times a day with water. Pro-Active: Two months prior to seasonal challenges, take one Allertonic softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf tablet twice a day with water.
