Garden of Life Raw Fiber is a blend of organic superfoods and live probiotics to support digestion and bowel health. Getting enough dietary fiber through diet alone can be a challenge, but making Raw Fiber part of your diet makes it easier. Along with fiber, this formula delivers omega-3 fatty acids from flax and chia seeds. The nourishing blend of soluble and insoluble fiber is from 100% raw, organic sprouted seeds, grains and legumes, without harsh fibers that can be punishing to sensitive colons. Garden of Life Raw Fiber promotes regular bowel function, helps eliminate toxins, supports cardiovascular health and helps reduce mild and occasional constipation.

Suggested Use: Adults mix 1 scoop (scoop included) with 10 to 12 ounces of water one (or more) times per day. Children four and older may take ½ scoop. Children should be supervised while consuming this product. Delicious when mixed with smoothies, vegetable or fruit juice, cereal or yogurt.
