Suggested Use: Adults mix 1 scoop (scoop included) with 10 to 12 ounces of water one (or more) times per day. Children four and older may take ½ scoop. Children should be supervised while consuming this product. Delicious when mixed with smoothies, vegetable or fruit juice, cereal or yogurt.

The density of the powdered ingredients in this product naturally vary from lot to lot and require space in the container at the time of packaging.
