ease of use
excellent quality, easy to use when fresh is not on hand.Good stuff
I've never been a big fan of dried parsley. To be fair, I've only ever purchased the cheap stuff in the big plastic bottles (they go on sale for $1, that kind) and then never used it because it's awful. I splurged and bought this and it was a pleasant surprise. The leaves are pretty and a much healthier looking shade of green than the cheap stuff. They smell better, too. Most importantly, they taste good. I used them in a seasoning blend, and then in a delicate quiche recipe, and I was quite pleased with both.Very handy
I sprinkle this on a lot of foods. Great on just about everything savory.
