Suggested Use: Directions for ages 12+ years: Take one capsule daily. Continued use is suggested. When traveling, take two capsules daily [one in the morning and one at night] before and during the trip. During antibiotic use, take one capsule twice daily [as directed above] and continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics.
