Gosh, I was told by a health care provider that I need this. I am very happy with the product, as I am also into many other natural suppliments. Swanson's is great for choices of their own, line as well as many othersAwesome quality!
I have been taking these tabs for quite a while now...yes, they are large, so if you have problem swallowing, you might want to consider a smaller dosage. However, the quality is outstanding for the price and much cheaper than at the store...Can't live without it
