i really don't like to say negative things about a product on any level as one person loves something and the next doesn't. the case with this product is this. the pills are so large i cannot take them, even when i cut them in half they remain to large. i can't really speak to thequality of them as i am not taking them. i can say this, when i researched information about this brand it did get great reviews, so like i said whats good for one , may not be for another.Great supplement!
My child and I both use the Calcium citrate with Vitamin D. They are easy to take, and they are doing their job.
