This melatonin-free liquid supplement features an herbal blend of traditional sleep-supporting herbs lemon balm, passionflower and valerian, along with patented Suntheanine® L-theanine, an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves. Suntheanine has been studied for its potential to improve sleep quality and promote feelings of calm and relaxation. This unique formula also includes ETAS® asparagus extract which may further contribute to quality of sleep and a healthy stress response. Formulated by a naturopathic pediatrician, this berry-flavored liquid is suitable for children ages 3 and up.
