CarlsonĀ® Wild Norwegian Super D Omega-3 - Lemon comes from the livers of fresh Norwegian Arctic Ocean cod fish and provides 2,000 IU (50 mcg) of vitamin D-3, 255 mcg of vitamin A and 6.7 mg of vitamin E per teaspoon. The oil is separated from the liver tissues without the use of chemicals. Bottled in Norway for maximum freshness.
