Designed for use by adults and children aged over 12 years, each five-pellet serving features only a single active ingredient: cuprum metallicum. Made from the mineral copper, this ingredient has traditionally been used in homeopathy for a number of health benefits including supporting more relaxed legs at nighttime by helping to prevent the spasm or discomfort some may experience in their legs when trying to fall asleep. Boiron Cuprum 6C pellets can be taken with or without food or water by simply being placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve there. In this way, the benefits of cuprum metallicum can be had without the necessity to swallow a pill or wait for mealtime to administer.

Directions
| Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue, and repeat 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor. If pain occurs at night, take 5 pellets before bedtime. | |
