Suggested Use:
PANCAKES (4"), 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX, 1 EGG BEATEN, OR EGG SUBSTITUTE, 1 Tbsp OIL, 2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER, PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F., STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking., SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on each side., WAFFLES (6"), 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX, 1 EGG BEATEN OR EGG SUBSTITUTE, 1 Tbsp OIL, 2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER, PREHEAT waffle iron., STIR ingredients to get rid or large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking., BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
