Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking., SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on each side., MAKES 8 PANCAKES, WAFFLES (6"), 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX, 1 Tbsp OIL, 1 Cup MILK OR WATER, PREHEAT waffle iron, STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy.
