PANCAKE & WAFFLE INSTRUCTIONS:

PANCAKES

1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX

1 Tbsp OIL

1 Cup MILK OR WATER

PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on each side.

WAFFLES (6")

1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX

1 Tbsp OIL

1 Cup MILK OR WATER

PREHEAT waffle iron
STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
