Question: Please tell me what is the difference between 7-Keto DHEA and just DHEA?

7-Keto DHEA is what’s called a metabolite of DHEA. In simple terms, that means that when you ingest DHEA, your body will create some 7-Keto DHEA out of it. By taking the 7-Keto as a separate product, you can get the exercise benefits of DHEA without having to worry about the hormonal part of DHEA (eg. the fact that it will be converted into Estrogen or Testosterone).
