Slow Cooker Applesauce Recipe

Ingredients:
12 large cooking apples, peeled, cored & sliced or cut into chunks (number apples may vary to your slow cooker size)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup Fructose

What do you need and How to do it:
I used our 6.5 quart slow cooker so I would have enough room to stir in the actual crockpot to save some dishwashing along the way. You can use any size you have at home and adjust the ingredients accordingly.

For making this applesauce, I used our apple peeler that also cores the apples. It makes it a very quick and easy task. If you don't have one, I highly suggest heading to your local Fleet Farm and spending the $9.99.

Place your apples, water, cinnamon, and Fructose into your crock and turn it on. I cooked mine on high for about two hours, stirring every half an hour. You can easily put this on low and come home to wonderfully smelling house after a long day of work. Enjoy this natural health recipe using some simple natural health food products this weekend!
