Directions: Mix 2 scoopfuls (62 g) with 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, ISOPURE can be stirred into solution with a spoon. Drink one serving daily.

great product
This is such a great product for supplementing your diet. Because most protein supplement shakes have very limited vitamins and potassium but not isopure zero carb. Great tasting and mixes easily as well. 50% of most vitamins and a very healthy dose of potassium.disappointing
I did not get any adverse reaction from this supplement which I usually get from protein powders which contain Whey Protein Concentrate.Other than that I did not see an improvement in my lifts or fatloss as expected from such a product.The taste is tolerable. It tastes a bit salty to me. Not much like strawberry.
