Grease a large pot with Swanson Organic Olive Oil or cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. In pot, add carrots, onion and kielbasa and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes. Add in the broth, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, peppercorns and beans. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Place 2 cups of the soup aside and let cool. Then process in a food processor or blender until smooth. Return the pureed mixture to the pot. Simmer an additional 5 minutes. Remove soup from heat and serve.
