The base of this recipe is black tea—which comes with a plethora of health benefits—and is enhanced with almond milk, ginger and lemon grass to give you a gorgeously flavorful tea that will leave your sweet tooth fulfilled and your insides dancing with nutritional satisfaction. Ingredients:
Ginger Syrup 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and bruised 1 small stalk lemon grass, chopped and bruised 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar 1 cup water Tea 1 cup hot water 1 bag black tea 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
    Ginger Syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small pot on the stove top and bring to a near-boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until all sugar has dissolved. Strain into a small bowl to get clear syrup. Tea: Steep the teabag in the hot water according to the package instructions. Pour in the milk and the ginger syrup, to taste. Combine well and serve immediately.
