- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In large mixing bowl combine peanut butter and honey. Then add in your protein powder and salt; mix until combined.
- Next, fold in the crispy rice cereal one cup at a time until evenly coated.
- Once the mixture is fully coated, scoop it out into the 8x8 pan, pack down with a rubber spatula to achieve a compact treat. Then place pan in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- Add dark chocolate chips and butterscotch chips to a glass measuring cup and microwave in 15 second intervals for 1 ½ minutes, or until fully melted.
- Pour chocolate mixture over set bars and spread evenly. Let stand in fridge until firm then cut into 9 even bars. Enjoy!
- Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge—good up to one week
