Time: 1 Hour
Serves: 9
Serving size: 1 Square
3/4 cup of peanut butter 1/3 cup of honey 1 tsp of salt 1 scoop of Full Potential vanilla whey protein (You can add two scoops for extra protein and a less chewy bar) 1 cup of dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips 5 cups of crispy rice cereal
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In large mixing bowl combine peanut butter and honey. Then add in your protein powder and salt; mix until combined. Next, fold in the crispy rice cereal one cup at a time until evenly coated. Once the mixture is fully coated, scoop it out into the 8x8 pan, pack down with a rubber spatula to achieve a compact treat. Then place pan in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Add dark chocolate chips and butterscotch chips to a glass measuring cup and microwave in 15 second intervals for 1 ½ minutes, or until fully melted. Pour chocolate mixture over set bars and spread evenly. Let stand in fridge until firm then cut into 9 even bars. Enjoy! Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge—good up to one week
