Homemade Grain-Free Granola Recipe
Swanson Staff • March 19, 2021

Grain-free granola packs a punch when it comes to nutrition. Not only is it heart smart, it’s also delicious and easy to make! Granola is typically grain based, but this recipe calls for no grains and instead focuses on healthy nuts and seeds.

This recipe is filled with antioxidants from a variety of ingredients, adding a hearty dose of micronutrients.  Each serving is nutrient dense, naturally sweetened and packs a ton of flavor while providing healthy omega-3 fats, plant-based protein and high amounts of fiber. The nuts and seeds contain minerals that are essential to the body, such as magnesium, manganese and zinc. Each ingredient is a power source of minerals and antioxidants that support a healthy body! The flavors blend so well with the perfect amount of sweetness from the honey. This is a recipe you can customize with whatever you have on hand, so get creative—don’t be afraid to mix and match your ingredients to come up with endless recipe options. My family loves this and I hope yours does too. Enjoy!
