I've used this product for a long time, but Swanson's has the best price. Thank you!

I didn't notice any difference between this and the Swanson's brand as far as quality goes however - it doesn't specify if it is birch or corn derived on the package, the bag is not as convenient as the jar and it is a hair bit more expensive than the Swanson brand. I seems to be of good quality but I find that I prefer the Swanson's brand because I know what it's derived from, the container is easier to work from and of course the value! Not a bad product though.

I have been cutting back on sugar, I use this in my coffee because stevia doesn't seem to work in hot beverages. I use one tsp. of sugar and one tsp. of Xylo Sweet and I am very pleased. Considering I use to use three tsp. of sugar in my coffee that is saving me lots of calories and carbohydrates.

It is different than sugar and has a different sweetness to it than sugar and a similar granular texture to sugar. I tried it in my coffee and it is good.

The newer generation of Stevia doesn't have quite the bad aftertaste as earlier versions, especially using only small amounts. But Xylitol has no aftertaste & it measures like sugar. Some have complained of non-dissolving, which is true but it's really non issue. I don't think the source of this brand really matters much either. Price is much lower than retail stores. I've been searching for a substitute sweetner for some time now & this it.

I can use this for most everything that I used sugar for and it has helped me in my journey to get off of sugar altogether.

Rated 2 out of 5 by divinenature what is the source?
i would like to know the actual source of the sweetener; the more research I do, the more I am concerned. I found one product I purchased was made from non-GMO corn. I dont believe corn in any form is good anymore, even organic. I would like to find a product that is sourced from birch.
