I found the ionic trace mineral drops to be very bitter and fowl tasting. I add it to something sweet like apple or orange juice to help it go down and make it halfway palatable. Not sure if it was the drops or something else that has given me indigestion after drinking. Just trying to get it used up and will not order again.

I was excited to try this product based on the other reviews, but I haven't found a way to take it without being overwhelmed buy the taste. Not a bad taste, just a very strong salt effect - almost burns my throat. I'm going to try the capsule form instead.

This is simple and economical to add to our our distilled water to replace whatever good minerals might have been lost along with the other things we wanted to take out of our water.

I know these minerals are supposed to be good for me and they make my reverse osmosis water taste better. But really, it is hard to tell if there is a health difference. The good news is they are a lot cheaper than the name-brand equivalent.

This is less expensive and comparable to concentrace. I would recommend this to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jellystone No weird taste and bottle doesn't leak!
We use these drops for alkalization and to add minerals and taste to distilled water. It's nearly identical to the name brand product, but without the weird taste. Better value for your money, and the bottle doesn't leak around the cap while traveling like the name brand.

I have been very pleased with adding this item to my daily routine. I'm feeling very healthy with extra energy and shortened sleep time. I can sleep when going to bed but really do not get sleepy. Give it a try.

Mineral drops are great to add to my reverse osmosis filtered water to replenish the minerals that had been filtered and to get more magnesium to my diet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by glogirl Need Minerals?
It was sugested to me that I may need minerals. I chose Swanson brand because upon examination of minerals and knowing Swanson has quality supplements, I purchased these. Don't use too much or the taste is less than marvelous. I gave it less than 5 because it's hard to tell what minerals are actually doing and I generally eat pretty healthy.

I add these to my giant water container every morning and they seem to go a long way toward keeping me hydrated and nourished. I will continue to order this in the future as needed, though one bottle lasts me several months. Can't go wrong with that, or the great low price on this and just about every other product that Swanson offers.

I put 20-25drops in my liter water bottle to get those needed minerals I sweat out during workouts, especially HIIT training! Gives water "taste" and I just feel better drinking it down than just using whatever water fountain. I don't feel so much post workout drained feeling. Great price for great item that I will continue to use!

I think this puts the minerals back into my filtered water that are taken out during the filtering. This makes my water taste great. I put 30-35 drops per gallon

This is a very good price. Trace Mineral drops all have a very unpleasant taste so that is to be accepted. To counter that I take it two ways. All at once in a shot glass with some orange juice followed by some water, or fewer drops more frequently through the day.

I compared the label with the registered trademark Concentrace, and the lithium is missing from Swanson's brand. Lithium is a brain cell regenerator I wouldn't want missing from my mineral water.

I love the fact that I can get all the trace minerals I need in a tiny dose of liquid! I used to buy the name brand but it was sooo expensive! The taste is bad... but for the benefit, it is well worth a moment of bad taste!

I believe the best source of trace minerals is from high quality mineral water. It is one of nature's main ways of providing these essential nutrients in balance. Pellegrino is, in my opinion, an excellent example of how nature provides trace minerals, the gold standard. Yet it's expensive, environmentally unfriendly (shipping heavy water around the world is a no no), and unnecessarily contains carbonation. However, the water itself is excellent. I have long sought a way to remineralize locally filtered water up to Pellegrino quality. I find Concentrace to fall short on a number of fronts.
Pellegrino water is mineralized as it spends decades passing through dolomite and gypsum in the Italian alps. Concentrace comes from a completely dead lake in Utah, exposed to all sorts of modern day contaminants, like acid rain.
Pellengrino's mineral analysis shows 43% sulfate, 17% calcium, 5% magnesium, and 5% chloride. Gerolsteiner, another wonder of nature, tips more heavily towards calcium and magnesium, yet it's chloride is still 4%. Concentrace is 70% chloride, typical of what you find from sea salt, not mineral water. I'm not saying taking mostly chloride from your trace mineral supplement is bad, I honestly don't know. I do know it differs greatly from the mineral balance seen in high quality mineral water. And Concentrace just feels weird to me, as unscientific as comment as that is.
I have search far and wide, to no avail, to find a quality trace mineral supplement that more closely mirrors the mineral balance found in quality mineral water. I continue to purchase Concertrace, from that old nasty lake, because sadly, it's the only game in town. If I were an Italian business person living near San Pellegrino, I would figure out a way to create a trace mineral supplement that mirrored Pellegrino's balance, from the same mountains, and be prepared to make a fortune selling it.

"Life in the sea, both animal and vegetable, is far healthier than similar life on land. Why?
...the sea provides its creatures a totally balanced and adequate physiological and chemical diet, while fresh water and rain-washed land masses do not. " --Dr. Murray
This is the product mimicking the part of the diet we used to have in the sea....We take it every day with everything, feeling back home again...

Great way to get trace minerals that your body needs. I add a quarter teaspoon, about 20 drops, to my two-quart container of filtered water along with a teaspoon of lemon juice.

This is a convenient way to add trace minerals to water and other beverages. I drink distilled water and this helps put back extra minerals lost from distillation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Optimized2 this is THE ConcenTrace from TMR!
I had been taking Concentrace name brand from Trace Minerals Research in Salt Lake City area. I checked to see if Swanson had it and not only did they have it, they had the same exact product in the Swanson label!
So now I am getting same quantity for about $2 less than other internet stores sell the TMR product for.
This is fantastic health-energizing stuff. It has improved 2 issues with me and helped a friend of mine in another area. We don't realize that minerals are required to absorb food, vitamins & perform electrical activities in the human body, and so forth. When we get enough of the 72+ trace minerals that are found in the sea and in our bodies, we often get more energy and may have other issues go away!
I am 220 pound male and only take 10-20 drops daily in a dark juice like cranberry/blueberry to mask the strong taste. The bottle says you can take up to 40 drops but that is up to you. I sure see plenty of improvement with half that, and of course skipping a day or two doesn't probably matter once you are in the regimen.
