Medium High Heat Up To 365°F
Different Oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures. This oil is best for sautéing or stir-frying over medium high heat and is also ideal for baking.
Directions: Shake well before using. Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until coated. Coconut Oil naturally solidifies in colder temperatures, and is best stored at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. If nozzle should become clogged, run under warm water to clear nozzle.
