So far it’s good
I am taking it about one month only.so far it’s good.Helps balance out mood with monthly cycle
As many of us do, I take vitamins and supplements to improve my health. However, there are very few supplements where I can feel a difference if I stop taking them. That is not the case with Swanson's Shatavari. About one year ago, I ran out of my Shatavari and with my next monthly cycle, I was miserable with mood swings. I already felt like Shatavari was balancing me out and this just proved it. I haven't made that mistake again!Doesn't work for me
I gave this three stars as I feel a little better after a month of taking, but overall expected a little more after reading up on this blend. I plan to continue to take and hope it works more.
